We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Corporate Loan Officer (Corporate \/ NUT Loans)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Loan officers at Alert Microfinance Bank are responsible for the marketing, evaluation and processing of loans and act as liaisons between customers and the organization while helping qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Market loan products and process loan applications for employees in the Public Service Sector (Corporate\/NUT Lagos Chapter).<\/li>\n<li>Interview loan applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of repayment of loans<\/li>\n<li>Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up loan payment plans<\/li>\n<li>Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions<\/li>\n<li>Opening loan applications Conducting loan analysis by visiting the business and households of clients<\/li>\n<li>Visiting the business \/employer of guarantors and preparing a complete loan assessment according to the bank\u2019s credit procedures<\/li>\n<li>Presenting loan proposals to the credit units and informing the client about the decision of the credit units<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring punctual repayments of acquired loans from clients, contacting and visiting all parties based on needs<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring high-quality standards of the bank\u2019s credit portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet and exceed targets while actively working to increase business portfolio and client base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a B.Sc Degree or its equivalent in Marketing or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3\/5 years Microfinance Banking cognate experience in marketing and disbursement of loans to salary earners.<\/li>\n<li>Sound Risk Management experience and knowledge of source deduction via Oracle.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to disburse loans in large volumes without default to employees in the public sector (NUT Lagos Chapter)<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in repayment tracking and loan collection without a day default.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detailed and target oriented<\/li>\n<li>Excellent team spirit and communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Human Relations and Inter-personal skills<\/li>\n<li>Goal oriented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nVery Attractive.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@alertmfb.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@alertmfb.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Corporate Loan Officer &#8211; NUT Loans&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n16th August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Only qualified candidates will be shortlisted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alert Microfinance bank is a leading financial service provider with a core mandate of providing affordable, flexible financial and non-financial services to micro-entrepreneurs.
