We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Real Estate Female Sales Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ajah, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will work closely with the real estate manager to develop and increase sales of real estate properties by following up on potential and existing clients.<\/li>\n<li>You will be require to followup on portfolio\/leads of new clients too.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate sales of properties with existing and new clients Prospect<\/li>\n<li>Followup on new clients to increase the company\u2019s client database.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and increases sales by following up on potential clients through inspections.<\/li>\n<li>Develop innovative ideas to boost sales<\/li>\n<li>Accompany clients during their visit to all of their estates for inspection<\/li>\n<li>Interview clients to know what type of properties they want<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate closing of deals and signing of document schedule<\/li>\n<li>To visit and show the company\u2019s estates\/products to prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to build and maintain an excellent relationship with clients on an ongoing basis<\/li>\n<li>Protects organization\u2019s value by keeping information confidential.<\/li>\n<li>To understand the products, and to communicate them effectively<\/li>\n<li>Develop, establish and maintain market strategies to meet organizational objectives.<\/li>\n<li>List details of land or buildings for sale<\/li>\n<li>Assess buyers\u2019 needs and locate properties for their consideration<\/li>\n<li>Advise on merits of properties and the terms of sale<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper management of account<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and send weekly report to immediate supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Perform other functions that may be assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should possess a B.Sc \/ HND in any Social Science subject.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing and sales of Real Estate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Capabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of target market characteristics.<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills.<\/li>\n<li>Able to think like the customer\/client<\/li>\n<li>Utilization of technology in day to day operations.<\/li>\n<li>Integrity, confidentiality and high ethical standards.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Comportment and confidence (complimented by humility),<\/li>\n<li>Good marketing \/ selling, negotiation and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good customer relations and service excellence skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment.strongmas@gmail.com\">recruitment.strongmas@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n30th August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Strongmas Residence Development Limited is a real estate company and a member of the Strongmas group.
