We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Support Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who brings excellent communication and problem-solving skills and operates with a customer-first mentality.<\/li>\n<li>In this role you\u2019ll act as an expert user of our mobile and web-based tools, ensuring the success of our logistics services and a great experience for our users.<\/li>\n<li>This team operates 12 hours\/6 days per week.<\/li>\n<li>Customer Support Specialists work a 6-day workweek schedule that may include nontraditional hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat You\u2019ll Be Doing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide phone, email, and text-based support to PackaGo customers, partners, users, and other community members<\/li>\n<li>Address all customer concerns politely, using active listening skills to understand and confirm the information<\/li>\n<li>Balance efficiency and speed in addressing questions or issues with ensuring a high-quality customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective action when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Manage non-standard delivery situations with professionalism, empathy, and urgency<\/li>\n<li>Effectively use Zendesk and other internal tools to accurate log interactions and solve issues<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members from various PackaGo departments to ensure the seamless delivery experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat You Bring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with a minimum of 1 year experience.<\/li>\n<li>A combination of sales, or customer service experience, optimally with a technology or logistics company<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with many types of personalities<\/li>\n<li>Able to quickly and efficiently problem solve and troubleshoot<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and able to comfortably navigate through uncertainty and ambiguity<\/li>\n<li>Must have the ability to work a schedule comprised of non-standard shifts, including evenings and weekends<\/li>\n<li>Prior CRM experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their up-to-date CV \/ Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@pack-a-go.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@pack-a-go.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>16th August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PackaGo is a delivery service app that connects Pilots to individuals\/businesses who want to send nearly anything within Lagos.
