We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Dispatch Rider<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ride company\u2019s motorcycle to accomplish official duties<\/li>\n<li>Must observe all HSE driving related policies to ensure the consistent safety of documents and motorcycle<\/li>\n<li>Report to the on all matters relating to assigned motorcycle to the supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for updating the Drivers\u2019 Logbook on a daily basis with the required information.<\/li>\n<li>Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents\/ particulars are updated and valid.<\/li>\n<li>Must ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely or when the need arises.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection on the general condition of assigned motorcycle and must properly lock motorcycle when there is a need to leave them unattended to.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for internal and external mails distribution when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Transporting and receiving invoices and documents items quickly by motorcycle<\/li>\n<li>Record information, such as items received and delivered<\/li>\n<li>Dispatch riders sign for the package on the collection and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon delivery<\/li>\n<li>Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Manage, develop and dispatch tobacco products effectively to retail customers in assigned territory<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that tobacco products are available, visible and accessible in retail outlets in assigned territory (proper and effective display\/merchandising of the products)<\/li>\n<li>Draw up weekly route plans and commit to same<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prompt and correct product and POS pickup and recording<\/li>\n<li>Ensure sales targets per SKU are met<\/li>\n<li>Ensure correct product are dispatched promptly using the motorcycle<\/li>\n<li>Effective use of real-time App<\/li>\n<li>Ensure daily reconciliation of previous stock issued with sales supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Maintain daily and accurate collection, remittance and reconciliation of cash from retail outlets to the supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper and efficient use of company tools (Motorcycle, Sales Application etc)<\/li>\n<li>Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A High School certification, SSCE<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year experience as a motorcycle dispatch rider<\/li>\n<li>Must possess valid license to ride a motorcycle or rider\u2019s permit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to ride motorcycle effectively as this is the major means of sales and dispatch<\/li>\n<li>Be able to ride motorcycles professionally<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work weekdays and some weekends<\/li>\n<li>Be Hardworking, Diligent, and possess Positive Energy<\/li>\n<li>Must be physically fit<\/li>\n<li>Should be reliable and punctual<\/li>\n<li>Must have a mature working attitude<\/li>\n<li>Be friendly and Presentable<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent road navigation knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Basic sales skills<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and influencing skills<\/li>\n<li>Merchandising skills<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work flexible schedule<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicator<\/li>\n<li>Personal organization and self-discipline<\/li>\n<li>Must be between 30 and 40 years old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN50,000 &#8211; N65,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:screenedworkers@gmail.com\"><strong>screenedworkers@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n7th September, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avant Halogen is an integrated talent risk management and outsourcing solutions company.
