We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Administrator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the sales team to ensure all administrative processes are well completed in a timely and properly organized manner<\/li>\n<li>Receive all new equipment\/vehicles and confirm if in good condition<\/li>\n<li>Report all damage or remarks to the General Manager via email<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for filling of warranty booklets during Pre-Delivery Inspection process<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all keys to vehicles are safely stored<\/li>\n<li>Organize transfer of vehicles to estimated sites upon request (fill waybills appropriately before vehicle dispatch)<\/li>\n<li>Manage end to end delivery of purchased vehicles (including registration and processing of accessories)<\/li>\n<li>Update status of vehicles\/equipment in IT systems<\/li>\n<li>Administer all sales related activities on the commercial software platform<\/li>\n<li>Issuing of Proforma Invoices to customers when required<\/li>\n<li>Maintain absolute confidentiality on information, including pricing, discounts, margin structure, vendor management and brand identity<\/li>\n<li>Sales invoicing of new equipment\/vehicles to ensure 100% entries by month end<\/li>\n<li>Good housekeeping for all relevant sales files and other work assets within the office<\/li>\n<li>Assist with showroom display according to existing OEM guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Compilation and updating of Customers\u2019 data base for easy referencing<\/li>\n<li>Processing sales commission for Sales Executives in Suzuki\/, Branches (PHC\/Abuja) and authorized sales dealers<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of weekly or periodic sales reports<\/li>\n<li>Generate the sales order form for every transaction<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ B.Sc Degree in Business Administration \/ Statistics or any related discipline preferably in automotive industry.<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 3 years of experience as a sales administrator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their updated CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:jayne.anyanwu@aldelia.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jayne.anyanwu@aldelia.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>14th August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only qualified candidates shall be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aldelia is a world leading Human Resources advisory firm, leader in professional recruitment services.
