We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Call Center Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Gombe<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, providing accurate information, and keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Follow communication \u201cscripts\u201d when handling different topics<\/li>\n<li>Identify customers\u2019 needs, clarify information and provide appropriate solution to complaints<\/li>\n<li>Research every issue and provide accurate information<\/li>\n<li>Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile<\/li>\n<li>Meet personal\/team qualitative and quantitative targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a customer support role<\/li>\n<li>Track record of over-achieving quota<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in usage of Microsoft packages.<\/li>\n<li>Good data entry and typing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must have good understanding of English and any of the major local Nigerian languages (Hausa).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of customer service telephony and technology.<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM systems and practices<\/li>\n<li>Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to work Mondays to Sundays as need arises.<\/li>\n<li>Stress tolerance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/amfani.com\/jobs\/view-detail?id=194\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Interra Networks Limited is an Information &amp; Communications Technology (ICT) company headquartered in Atlanta, GA.
