We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are need a Business Development Executive that will lead and support a range of responsibilities mainly focused on the areas of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industry Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Marketing and Strategic Planning<\/li>\n<li>Strategy<\/li>\n<li>This is an ideal opportunity to join a business that has been demonstrating significant growth for a period, offering potential candidates a challenging, autonomous, and exciting environment to develop their careers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered and conduct sales calls and make product\/service presentations to meet customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Identify business opportunities and ensure our company receives enquires (RFQs) from clients and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Track new business development opportunities, utilizing market knowledge and market intelligence tools to identify projects which are aligned with the company\u2019s growth strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong relationships with key clients and potential clients operating within the oil and gas industry and promote the services of the Company.<\/li>\n<li>Remain current on sales performance and provide sales reports by providing periodic status reports detailing activity and efforts, as well as win\/loss analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Look for opportunities to build technical strategic relationships with key organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills \/ Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree with an emphasis in Business Management or Engineering preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of working experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven record of success in business development, client relationship building, strategic project pursuits and proposal preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills Excel (Prerequisite), Word, and PowerPoint) required.<\/li>\n<li>Written and verbal communication, including project presentations to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Possess strong negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Exhibit a very strong understanding and appreciation for working in a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to format reports and produce and manipulate data accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interface with individuals at all levels in an organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N200,000 &#8211; N300,000 monthly.<\/li>\n<li>HMO.<\/li>\n<li>Leave Allowance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:Talentsourcing.ng@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Talentsourcing.ng@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the job title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Berserka Consulting Limited is a boutique staffing online company based in Lagos, Nigeria.
