We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Tiper Driver<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ogijo &#8211; Ikorodu, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Industries \/ Sector:<\/strong> Steels<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced Tiper Driver<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>to drive Company vehicles in a safe and legal manner whilst keeping service levels high and ensuring daily work is completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete all daily vehicle checks and fill out Vehicle Defect Book at the start of shift and end of shift.<\/li>\n<li>Report all defects including tyre issues to Operations Office.<\/li>\n<li>Complete all allocated work within the working day.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and submitted in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>As a brand representative of the Company behave in a polite and professional manner at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Grease fifth wheel plate regularly (Artics Only)<\/li>\n<li>Fill vehicles with fuel on return to yard at end of the day.<\/li>\n<li>Present Tachograph card for downloading on a weekly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all goods are safely secured.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure your vehicle (and where appropriate trailer) is kept in a good, clean condition.<\/li>\n<li>Load and unload the vehicle adhering to Safe Working Procedures and Risk Assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Work from other depots within the group and operate other vehicles when required.<\/li>\n<li>Report all accidents and incidents immediately and obtain details as required.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all Health, Safety, HR and Environmental policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an OND, HND or BSc in related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Experience as a Tiper Driver<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of applicable tiper driving rules and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Willing to submit to background\/drug checks and provide employment recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Tiper driving licence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using job title as subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
