If you&#8217;ve got zeal, some big ideas, and an uncanny knack for compliance, this is the role for you!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will be charged with monitoring, supporting, and resolving drivers issues within our Operations team and be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is skilled in Communication and who is knowledgeable in the use of MS Office Suites and Data Analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll be Doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driver Behaviour Monitoring (Safety Alerts, Geofence, Excess Mileage, Incidents)<\/li>\n<li>Enforcement (Immobilisation: Drivers Default and Non-compliance)<\/li>\n<li>Track Vehicles Daily Status<\/li>\n<li>Track vehicle maintenance and inspection needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Who You&#8217;ll Be Working with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Directly reporting to our City Manager and closely working with our Operations Unit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KPIs that will be measured after you start<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact to drivers in case of the critical alerts<\/li>\n<li>Weekly accident rate<\/li>\n<li>Weekly apprehension rate.<\/li>\n<li>Loss of asset<\/li>\n<li>Weekly issues resolution rate<\/li>\n<li>Drivers compliance and enforcement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat You will need for this position<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in any discipline.<\/li>\n<li>4-years experience in customer care\/support risk and safety roles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a customer-centric industry is an added advantage.(e.g. Logistics, Transportation, Banking &amp; Telecoms)<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suites (Excel).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage people.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must possess an eye for details.<\/li>\n<li>We are looking for a professional with excellent communication and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Customer Success Executive, reporting to the City Manager.<\/li>\n<li>As a proven result-driven person, the Customer Success Executive must possess a good command of the English Language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/careers.moove.io\/jobs\/1980238-customer-success-executive-risk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Moove is on a mission to redefine what large-scale rideshare leasing and vehicle ownership look like in Africa.
