We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Digital Channel Service Management Intern<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The main role of the interns is to ensure Process Improvement, Service Management and assist in\u00a0the implementation &amp; Managing the life cycle of business in digital banking services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>R\u00f4les &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tracking service performance<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring compliance to SLA both internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Review the process with a view to reduce turnaround time<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the primary role in developing implementation &amp; Managing the lifecycle of business in digital banking services.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the completion of new channel development, including the planning, Compliance,Monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work; evaluating results to determine if expected value was delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in presenting results and data analytics for assigned channels.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for updating workflows and plans for the internal digital transformation process.<\/li>\n<li>Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in relevant fields; with interest in the digital space<\/li>\n<li>Ability to listen, adapt, persuade and transform<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make new and useful ideas work;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to extract, interpret, analyze data and resolve problems;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to produce deliverables conforming to the required standard;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to support a team and team building skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualifed candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:fmaidugu@baobabgroup.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fmaidugu@baobabgroup.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email\u00a0(e.g Digital Channel Service Management Intern).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n30th August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Baobab is the leading digital financial inclusion group focusing on serving individuals, micro and small businesses in Africa and China.
