We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Deposit Mobilization Manager &#8211; Treasury<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deposit Mobilization Manager at Alert Microfinance Bank generate deposit and oversee liquidity management of the bank while playing a vital role in helping the organization make the correct financial decisions and ensure that our financial assets are appropriately utilized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate deposits from high net customers<\/li>\n<li>Oversee deposit mobilization and liquidity management<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that the clients are duly informed before their maturity<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that the interest rates are within the rate guide except on approval from Management<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with the banks on our funds transfer transactions and other transactions to ensure that they are all dealt without error and escalate any transaction hinge<\/li>\n<li>Daily review of our Bank statement to ensure that no debit is charged to our account without prior approval.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that the branches are within their limit and that any excess limit is reported the same day to the finance department<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with branches to ensure that all the safe balance reports are sent first thing in the morning.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare daily safe balance report<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper filing and safe keeping of all treasury documents<\/li>\n<li>Attend to branch complaints on real time online platform.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing monthly accounting journals for posting<\/li>\n<li>Preparing daily liquidity report<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a worksheet for all our investment and treasury bills in order to ensure that we are within the regulatory requirement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.Sc. or its equivalent in accounting or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3- 5 years cognate experience of Deposit Mobilization &amp; Liquidity Management from a reputable Microfinance Bank.<\/li>\n<li>Sound Accounting and Risk Management experience<\/li>\n<li>Analysis and reporting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving and decision making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nVery Attractive (With Incentives and Commission)<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@alertmfb.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@alertmfb.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Deposit Mobilization Manager &#8211; Treasury&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>24th August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only qualified candidates will be shortlisted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alert Microfinance bank is a leading financial service provider with core mandate of providing affordable, flexible financial and non-financial services to SME, Private and Public Sectors.
