We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Regional Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily\/weekly workload to deliver on store sales goals and customer engagement, including: merchandising, pricing, transitions, revisions, sampling and promotions<\/li>\n<li>Manage Sales Force and Distributors in the assigned region to achieve commercial objectives, including sales target, distribution, merchandising, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Validate and follow-up on progress against Daily TrackingSheets and department checklists<\/li>\n<li>Ensure good performance of the sales force in field operations in terms of sell-out, distribution, product merchandising and sales call effectiveness and productivity<\/li>\n<li>Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Support Shop Managers with day-to-day store operation<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate store and individual performances<\/li>\n<li>Report on regional sales results<\/li>\n<li>Forecast quarterly and annual profits<\/li>\n<li>Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth<\/li>\n<li>Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions<\/li>\n<li>Allocate and cascade the regional sales target to each salesperson on an individual basis.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up the sales figures against the set sales target on daily and monthly bases; provide recommendation for necessary actions.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regional sales promotion activities within the assigned budget.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prompt payment from customers and take necessary actions to minimise bad debts.<\/li>\n<li>Perform people development role for the specific region through Performance Management, providing input for career planning and development, and on-the-job coaching for the team..<\/li>\n<li>Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition<\/li>\n<li>Suggest new services\/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><br \/>\nN200,000 &#8211; N350,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n15th September, 2022.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hrmanager@hansandrene.com\">hrmanager@hansandrene.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:onyinye@hansandrene.com\">onyinye@hansandrene.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using Job Tittle as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only selected candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hans and Rene has created a friendly work environment were employees have the opportunity to grow.
