We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Management Team Lead<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Odozie Street, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Requisition ID:<\/strong> R067471<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full timeJob Purpose<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role of Project Management Team Lead is to provide leadership and management to research programs\/projects.<\/li>\n<li>This role provides strategic support and advisory and is pivotal in both ensuring program\/project success and delivery of the Kantar strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approval gateway to firmly decide the onshore or offshore project classification<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring local adoption of Best Practices and standard Ways of Working across the end-to-end process<\/li>\n<li>Reinforcing accountability through the Delivery Centre teams, ability to influence teams not directly leading in a matrix global environment is critical<\/li>\n<li>Solving non-routine, complex problems which require integration of research and operational knowledge and following escalation matrix protocol where\/when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Staying abreast of Operational developments to ensure an efficient design is proposed and implemented.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for the Operational Commercial success of the program, including managing the scope with the Client, ensuring Client standards are followed, reaching out to domain experts as needed<\/li>\n<li>Driving collaboration, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring overall Client satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery against the Operations Statement of Work to ensure profitability of the project\/program<\/li>\n<li>Managing the project Operational budgets and attending revenue recognition meetings<\/li>\n<li>Understands the Client\u2019s objectives and priorities, and how the project\/program delivers against these &#8211; ensures both Onshore and Offshore delivery teams understand these and delivers on them accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Establishes strong partnerships with all key Stakeholders, including Clients (where required), Onshore Operation teams, Offshore Operation teams and external suppliers, building credibility and rapport<\/li>\n<li>Building and maintaining relationships with the onshore CS and PM teams as well as the OCPM (Offshore Centre Project Management)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or any Project Management Certification \/ PM on the job experience<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of Primary Market Research experience (end to end Marketing Research cycle exposure)<\/li>\n<li>Hands on Market Research program or project management executional experience is mandatory<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge and mid-level expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial acumen including job profitability<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end Market Research process<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of, and proven ability to advise on, Market Research techniques such as best fit methodological practices for client objectives, quota setting operation design, etc<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Kantar product portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build strong relationships across key stakeholder groups<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving, multi-tasking, Decision Making and Critical Thinking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Client-centric and quality-centric, in both thinking and approach to work<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with ability to prioritise and deadline pressures<\/li>\n<li>Strong inter-personal skills; proven track record to develop strong, collaborative relationships that drive internal\/external customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and intellectual curiosity<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management experience with ability to maintain good time management while prioritizing, delegating, and delivering against multiple deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kantar.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com\/KANTAR\/job\/Lagos-Odozie-Street\/Project-Management-Team-Lead_R067471\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kantar is the world\u2019s leading data, insights and consulting company.
