We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Logistics Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Delta<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implements measures to accept, and ensure prompt responses to customer orders<\/li>\n<li>Oversees the customer interface and response process and ensures that orders are delivered to the highest service standards<\/li>\n<li>Maintains appropriate records and reports on all Logistics planning activities to the Head Logistics, Operations<\/li>\n<li>Acquires and validates all relevant licenses and ensures that they are promptly renewed and updated<\/li>\n<li>Develops and tracks action plans for on-time performance including back-up arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Maintains appropriate records and reports on all Logistics planning activities to the Head, Logistics, Operations<\/li>\n<li>Monitors operational performance against agreed financial and operational targets<\/li>\n<li>Communicates with customers, drivers, and company associates on a regular basis to ensure uninterrupted product supply<\/li>\n<li>Monitors the acquisition and ongoing validity of all relevant licenses and ensures that they are promptly renewed and updated<\/li>\n<li>Plans routes and load schedules for multi-drop deliveries.<\/li>\n<li>Addresses all concerns and issues delegated from the manager while the load is en route<\/li>\n<li>Optimises deliveries by planning efficient and cost-effective routes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures sites have the proper number of trucks that meet the needs of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Creates backup plans for operations in the event of a breakdown or mechanical failure<\/li>\n<li>Prepares reports based on trends to enable the team to have accurate forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Implements the acquisition and renewal of relevant insurance and security covers (e.g. tracking devices)<\/li>\n<li>Provides technical and operational support to the field office, as well as advice on the application of logistics management best practices, systems, and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Assesses existing logistics operations systems and advises on corrective measures to be undertaken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 &#8211; 6 years of work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@rainoil.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@rainoil.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>25th August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rainoil Logistics Services Limited provides product haulage services for the efficient delivery of products to our network of stations and customers across the country.
