We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Personal Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prioritizes and proactive approach on all issues and concerns addressed to GGM\/GM, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.<\/li>\n<li>Manage a variety of special projects for the GGM\/GM for positive organizational impact.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and collect data for various types of business reports. Create business reports that provide insight into key data points. Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.<\/li>\n<li>Support various departments in reaching their goals through analysis and reporting. Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with other\/all departments to be sure that all urgent and important topics are attended and well-coordinated.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting GGM\/GM in developing &amp; managing activities of the department(s) using internal communication and policies<\/li>\n<li>Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition, or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or its equivalent in relevant courses.<\/li>\n<li>4 \u2013 6 years relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must data analysis skilled (Excel , Bi Power Etc)<\/li>\n<li>Male are advised to apply for Gender Balance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Flexible<\/li>\n<li>Great attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Deadline-Oriented<\/li>\n<li>Trustworthy and dependable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN200,000 &#8211; N300,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:career@jmglimited.com\">career@jmglimited.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st August, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JMG is a diversified solution provider with a broad portfolio in power generation, electrical infrastructures, industrial equipment, elevators &amp; escalators and HVAC solutions.
