We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Associate &#8211; Programme Design and Management<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of Position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A programme design and management associate to oversee the implementation of the center\u2019s programmes.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She should be passionate about leadership and ethics and develop sponsored\/paying programmes to push the center to the fore in the space of responsible leadership.<\/li>\n<li>A CKCRLE Associate will lead the center\u2019s project from inception to conclusion to influence the knowledge and practice of leadership and ethics in Africa and beyond.<\/li>\n<li>This is a pioneering role, and a lot of creativity and leadership of self and others is required.<\/li>\n<li>The associate is to make intellectual contributions that:\n<ul>\n<li>Support the practice of responsible leadership;<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the advancement of leadership and ethics in theory and practice by engaging c-suite executives, senior managers, and professionals in the public, private and social sectors, and<\/li>\n<li>Support LBS research community to create high-quality teaching materials and research outputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The center should be known in Africa for its impact on responsible leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Therefore, the ideal candidate should have some understanding and passion for leadership and ethics, research in this field, programme\/project coordination, and management.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She should also understand the center\u2019s role in the larger Lagos Business School mission, focus, and values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop sponsored\/paying programmes along the line of responsible leadership<\/li>\n<li>Oversee center projects from initiation to conclusion<\/li>\n<li>Provide expertise, innovation, and creativity in broadening participation in responsible leadership and seek opportunities to project same within LBS<\/li>\n<li>Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve the visibility of the center<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Reports and support external communication on LBS\u2019 sustainability and responsible management achievements and initiatives (keynote speech, conference presentations)<\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings with and manage relationships with LBS stakeholders and member organizations<\/li>\n<li>Develop proposals and concept notes and make grant and project recommendations to decision-makers<\/li>\n<li>Lead the center\u2019s programme development, delivery, and management (curriculum design. data collection, facilitator engagement, speakers\u2019 engagement, writing, coordination, reviews, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Identify and explore local and international trends and opportunities in leadership for the center and LBS as a whole<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop and manage blended programmes<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage work plans and communication plans for the center\u2019s programmes<\/li>\n<li>Manage center conferences and stakeholder forums planning, financial management, and reporting center programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Generic Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder engagement and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think strategically and manage self<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and adaptable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong research and knowledge generation capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Strategic in approach<\/li>\n<li>Budgeting and financial analysis skills<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong reporting and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Research and Database management skills<\/li>\n<li>Project or Programme Management<\/li>\n<li>Creativity<\/li>\n<li>Amiableness<\/li>\n<li>High assimilation and work speed<\/li>\n<li>Grant Writing<\/li>\n<li>Fundraising.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Suggested Growth Path \/ Opportunity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promotion and job title change to Senior Associate with
