We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Barbeque Chef<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ajao Estate, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages all day-to-day operations of the Barbeque section<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a wide variety of barbeque products: Cat fish, Croaker fish, Chicken etc. usiing both traditional and modern recipes.<\/li>\n<li>Able to develop, designs, or creates new ideas on barbeque recipes<\/li>\n<li>Create new and exciting barbequesto renew menus.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure excellent quality throughout the barbeque offerings.<\/li>\n<li>Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate all barbeque preparation and presentation. .Assists in determining how barbeque productsshould be presented and creates decorative food displays.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor stocks for barbeque items andingredients etc. and make appropriate orders within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the fish pond regularly and make appropriate orders promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively<\/li>\n<li>Able to recognize superior quality products, presentations and flavors.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Operates and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas.<\/li>\n<li>Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum of 2 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of different types of barbeque preparations: Cat fish, Croaker fish, Chicken etc<\/li>\n<li>Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days.<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude and Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deliver consistent high quality products, handling and receiving of goods and good hygiene practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN30,000 &#8211; N50,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hratcottonsuites2019@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hratcottonsuites2019@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>14th September, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Royal Jatoz Restaurant and Gardens is an emerging hospitality and relaxation centre, located at a serene and safe environment at Ajao Estate, Isolo, Lagos.
