We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Office Cleaner \/ Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki Phase 1, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an Office cleaners who will render janitorial services within our office spaces.<\/li>\n<li>The person shall be responsible for cleaning the work spaces, including restrooms; emptying trash bins, cleaning windows, and dusting furniture, and performing other related duties to promote a tidy environment for all and shall also assist in the running of the office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Duties \/ Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas and non-production employee lounge.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the maintenance of non-production employee lounge tables, chairs, and counters, carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, and cleaning.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for removing trash in office areas and non-production employee lounge.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms daily.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for cleaning of windows in conference rooms, management offices, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assist team members in getting provisions and needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the required cleaning materials are restockedasneeded.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a general neat environment.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as may be assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an OND \/ NCE \/ SSCE \/ GCE \/ NECO qualification.<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 3 years work exeperience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pays good attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Physically neat and presentable.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Loves a neat and tidy environment<\/li>\n<li>Good ogarnisation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must reside within lekki phase 1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:salpha@salphaenergy.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">salpha@salphaenergy.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salpha Energy Limited &#8211; We are passionate about off-grid energy.
