We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Planner<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ikorodu Factory, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Requisition ID:<\/strong> JR000408<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Department:\u00a0<\/strong> Manufacturing<br \/>\n<strong>OU\/Country:<\/strong> PZ Wilmar Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plans and coordinates raw materials, packaging material and oil input availability for production activities of the production units with the aim of achieving the following:<\/li>\n<li>Keep the plants running optimally (&gt;70% Capacity Utilization)<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Raw and Packaging materials availability for production<\/li>\n<li>Monitor availability of Finished Goods<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the plants\u2019 ability to supply demand plan<\/li>\n<li>Keeps accurate records of inventory for reporting and planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting Relationships:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports to Production and planning Manager, with dotted line relationship with the Production Managers<\/li>\n<li>Peers are Plant shift leaders, and Managers on similar grades from other Departments<\/li>\n<li>Direct reports are all planning data officers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dimensions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To operate within departments budget<\/li>\n<li>Current team size N\/A<\/li>\n<li>Also has dotted line relations with all plant operators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitors stock levels of all raw, packaging and finished goods products<\/li>\n<li>Monitors stock shelf life of all raw, packaging and finished goods products<\/li>\n<li>Ensures items are purchased to maintain agreed stock norms\/inventory positions<\/li>\n<li>Translates agreed demand forecast numbers into Raw, Packaging material and Oil quantities and requirements<\/li>\n<li>Plans purchase of Raw &amp; Packaging and oil<\/li>\n<li>Monitors production and sales performance to plan<\/li>\n<li>Monitors Stock Norm adherence<\/li>\n<li>Must be conversant with production processes and timelines in order to ensure production can meet plan<\/li>\n<li>Must be conversant with all PR, PO processes<\/li>\n<li>Enforces SHE, Food Safety, AIB and GMP rules and policies of the company<\/li>\n<li>To identify training needs of reports and develop training plans for leadership approval<\/li>\n<li>Maintains discipline in the team<\/li>\n<li>Collates and prepares appropriate planning reports Production and planning coordinator such as:<\/li>\n<li>Oil Plan<\/li>\n<li>Daily, weekly and Monthly Production Plans<\/li>\n<li>Purchase Request report for approval<\/li>\n<li>Business Planning inputs<\/li>\n<li>Planning precision report<\/li>\n<li>Inventory position report<\/li>\n<li>SLOB report<\/li>\n<li>Any other job assigned by Superior\/leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Internal &amp; External Relationships:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Production team (Refinery, Packing Plant)<\/li>\n<li>Engineering and Maintenance Team<\/li>\n<li>Operation, Planning, Supply &amp; Distribution Team<\/li>\n<li>Technical team (Q.A., SHE etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Warehouse\/Stores team<\/li>\n<li>Human Resources (H.R.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>External:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delog<\/li>\n<li>Ezak<\/li>\n<li>Other Contractors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience Needed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or equivalent in Engineering, or Mathematical Sciences.<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 4 years work experience in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational and time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Context &amp;
