We are looking for Consultants with Human Capital Management (HCM) experience who can be part of this journey enabling our customers adopt Cloud ERP.<\/li>\n<li>Principal Consultant HCM Consulting: Consultants in our career track drive profitable growth by developing market-relevant insights to increase market share or create new markets.<\/li>\n<li>Consultants offer advice and expertise to clients to help them improve their business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure and strategy. The work stretches across a variety of areas, including management and strategy.<\/li>\n<li>These roles are Client Facing and have a direct impact on Consulting. Working closely with our clients, Oracle Consulting professionals design, build and implement strategic solutions that can help enhance Client business performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Detailed Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a recognized authority and leading contributor, this project management professional, provides consistent innovative and high quality solution leadership. Responsible for guiding the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer\u2019s satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle\u2019s solution meets the customer\u2019s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively applies Oracle\u2019s methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle\u2019s risk and exposure.<\/li>\n<li>Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on small to medium engagements. Provides direction and mentoring to project team.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility.<\/li>\n<li>Manages the scope of medium sized projects including the recovery of remedial projects.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adapts existing methods to create best solutions to solve complex business problems<\/li>\n<li>Understands the strategic requirements and direction of the Clients and offer Solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Uses considerable judgment to determine solutions and seeks guidance on complex problems<\/li>\n<li>Interacts with peers and\/or management levels at a client and\/or within Oracle<\/li>\n<li>Hands-On Application Implementation experience (perform CRPs, Requirement Gathering, Requirement Mapping, Requirement Gap Analysis, Set up\/Configuration of modules, Testing, Training, Data Conversion, Documentation and Support)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specific responsibilities may include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support project teams engaged in the successful delivery of a wide range of initiatives and aligning with Clients business strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Work with management team by doing the following:<\/li>\n<li>Supporting management in implementing end-to-end Cloud HCM and Enterprise Value business solutions for our clients<\/li>\n<li>Helping develop approach to implement digital technology and Projects applications to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to management on business development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building strong relationships with Oracle clients<\/li>\n<li>Support development of the Oracles IP by driving initiatives around market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an understanding of and continuously learn about advancements in regulations, technology and innovations.<\/li>\n<li>It is our intention for our people to work where they live. However, in the context of our profession and serving our clients there will be times when you will need to travel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s Degree, Advanced Degree like MBA HR is desirable<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 12 years of combined Operations and HCM consulting implementing experience. Experience must include:<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of the HCM functionality, operating models and supporting organization structures, and process best practices<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of HCM Modules, viz EBS R12 &amp; Fusion (Oracle Core HR, Oracle Absence, Benefits, Recruitment, Learn, Performance management, Talent etc)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, lead key requirement workshops, document and understand requirements<\/li>\n<li>Strong competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HCM technology implementation (Oracle)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with HCM modules in EBS R12 &amp; Fusion<\/li>\n<li>Products Industry experience (BFSI, Public Sector, Telecom, Retail, Professional Services)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Skills Requirements :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients individually and as a member of an engagement team<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, assignments and\/or responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding team-oriented environment (both with clients and within the organization)<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Strong desire to work in the management consulting industry<\/li>\n<li>It is our intention for our people to work where they live.
