We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Industry:<\/strong> Real Estate<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Marketing<br \/>\n<strong>Report To:<\/strong> Sales and Marketing Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source for new Clients and close successful sales transactions<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and meet with prospects and clients interested in properties, to identify their requirements and choice of property, and offer them real estate deals.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database and produce weekly reports on the same<\/li>\n<li>Management and distribution of marketing materials<\/li>\n<li>Participation in promotional activities and trade shows to market brands and products<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring competitive activities and presenting findings to the Department head<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with Real Estate Agents and other strategic partners<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the formulation of effective marketing and advertising campaigns to engage the interest of prospective sales target market.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating marketing campaigns and trends to assist with strategic decisions on product positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct quality sales presentations with a high level of customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or National Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 extensive sales and marketing experience in the real estate industry.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of BRM and CRM practices<\/li>\n<li>Proficient knowledge of MS Office and SEO tools<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in the Hausa language is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong business sense and industry expertise<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional relationship management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, and to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Result-oriented with strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Keen attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><br \/>\nSalary: N150,000 &#8211; N200,000 Monthly.<br \/>\nBenefits: 2.5% of Monthly sales.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV \/\u00a0Resume in\u00a0PDF to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:jobs@eclathrconsulting.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jobs@eclathrconsulting.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8221;Sales and Marketing Executive&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n9th September, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eclat Human Resources Consulting Limited is a progressive Human Resource Management Firm with its Headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria.
