In order to cater our growth in Nigeria, we are looking for a\u00a0Recruitment Consultant<\/strong> for our Lagos office.<\/p>\n

This is an excellent role for someone who wants to build their career in the staffing industry.
\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Manage all web-based advertising (advert posting, response management, pre-screening of applicants)<\/p>\n

* Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates;<\/p>\n

* Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, validating resumes, schedule interviews and short-listing candidates;<\/p>\n

* Checking references and suitability of applicants before referral to employers for interview<\/p>\n

* Visiting Client Companies to discuss on the Job specifications & reviewing on the process frequently<\/p>\n

* Matching candidate skills to client requirements<\/p>\n

* Arranging and Finalizing interviews for the right candidates with the clients;<\/p>\n

* Using sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business from client companies;<\/p>\n

* Building relationships with new clients and existing clients<\/p>\n

* Developing a good understanding of what client companies do and their work culture to hire right candidate.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Qualifications et experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

* The candidate must be Graduate\/ Post Graduate in HR\/ Business Management.<\/p>\n

* Candidate should have at least one year experience in recruitment<\/p>\n

* Clear, effective interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n

* Have hands on experience working on MS Word, Powerpoint and outlook proficiency<\/p>\n

* Good knowledge of internet use<\/p>\n

* Self \u2013 Motivated & Result Oriented<\/p>\n

* Approachable, Adaptable, and able to maintain a flexible work style<\/p>\n

* French language skills would be a plus<\/p>\n

* Thorough on job training will be provided.<\/p>\n
