We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Social Media Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Marketing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a reliable and seasoned Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing Max&#8217;s social media strategy in order to increase Max&#8217;s online presence among all social media platforms<\/li>\n<li>The Ideal candidate will bring fresh knowledge of best practices, identify roadmap, actively manage and facilitate communications with the public and be responsible for supporting the ongoing development in the social media space for MAX.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating, managing and owning the social media strategy for Max<\/li>\n<li>Grow fan base from fans to customers and customers into advocates<\/li>\n<li>Manage and oversee Max campaigns on all social media platforms<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong social media presence<\/li>\n<li>Respond to all customer enquiries and ensure positive customer experiences to queries made on the social media platforms<\/li>\n<li>Development of brand identity and online reputation<\/li>\n<li>Data analysis of campaigns carried out to reveal the ROI on these campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Growth &amp; management of online communities to ensure appropriate decorum<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for efficient brand communication<\/li>\n<li>Create budgets for social media campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business or any other related fields<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years work experience<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of all current social media best practices and technologies<\/li>\n<li>Ability to train team members and the company wide on best ways to use social media<\/li>\n<li>Familiar and conversant with the social media tools<\/li>\n<li>Should possess excellent communication both written and oral<\/li>\n<li>Great organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Efficiency and top notch creativity<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate with all calibers of individuals<\/li>\n<li>Brilliant presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects<\/li>\n<li>Profound attention to details and critical thinker<\/li>\n<li>Be a sturdy leader and great team player<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Content management, development and publishing<\/li>\n<li>Possess in depth knowledge of all social media platforms<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with regulations around the use of the platforms<\/li>\n<li>Proficient use of computer skills<\/li>\n<li>General knowledge on the use of SEOs<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to build social media communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary<\/li>\n<li>Health Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Conducive work enivronment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/apply.workable.com\/max-drive-1\/j\/94FA1E4B0A\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Max Drive &#8211; We are a team of passionate people and a leading technology-enabled company driven by a vision to solve the mobility challenges in Africa.
