We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Private Banking, Relationship Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop strategies to identify new clients through market segmentation and apply different approaches in targeting and selecting clients<\/li>\n<li>Establish relationships with product specialists and other internal stakeholders to customise product solutions for clients<\/li>\n<li>Lead business development activities for top clients\/partners<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and cultivate long-term relationships with the customer<\/li>\n<li>Execute strategies for cross-selling and up-selling of products and services based on understanding of range of products and client analysis<\/li>\n<li>Advocate for a solution or idea that is a win-win for the organization and customer.<\/li>\n<li>Review client acceptance, Know Your Customer (KYC) and onboarding procedures including handling client documents<\/li>\n<li>Seek to improve customer metrics by applying benchmarks of customer management<\/li>\n<li>Manage a customer-centric research program that integrates economic and industry trends into the analysis<\/li>\n<li>Utilise knowledge of financial instruments to propose funding\/ investment strategies as required<\/li>\n<li>Upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Research and pursue new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Cross-sell products by leveraging on FI relationships including coordinating with other business units and product specialists to market organisation&#8217;s products and services for customised solutions<\/li>\n<li>Enhance clients&#8217; experience by providing timely information and advice to address their financial needs<\/li>\n<li>Handle High Net Worth clients by monitoring financing plans, coordinating, and resolving conflicts and managing expectations of involved parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Banking Efficiency Ratio<\/li>\n<li>Lifetime Customer Value (LTV)<\/li>\n<li>Lifetime Customer Value (LTV) to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Ratio<\/li>\n<li>Net promoter score<\/li>\n<li>Customer churn rate<\/li>\n<li>Customer satisfaction rate<\/li>\n<li>Return on Investment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Education and Work Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration or similar field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of seven years relationship management experience in the Banking Sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to build and maintain client and business relationships<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and team management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Account management expertise<\/li>\n<li>Customer management and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to recognize and exploit business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Strong Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Good conflict resolution and problem- solving skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Business Environment Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Business Negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Client Investment Suitability<\/li>\n<li>Credit Assessment<\/li>\n<li>Customer Acceptance Checking and Onboarding<\/li>\n<li>Customer Acquisition Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:Omicheal@coronationmb.com\">Omicheal@coronationmb.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n15th September, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Coronation Merchant Bank is a Africa\u2019s premier investment bank, providing innovative solutions to the needs of corporations, governments and other financial services organisations.
