We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Digital Marketer and Content Creator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Uyo, Akwa Ibom<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Reports To:<\/strong> Managing Director<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Function:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As the Digital marketer &amp; content creator, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing and editing content for the company which will be published in the company&#8217;s websites and social media pages.<\/li>\n<li>You will also be responsible for researching on the key SEO terms and implementing them in the content to gain maximum exposure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and create engaging and SEO- friendly contents for the company\u2019s website, email marketing and social media accounts, using tools like Canva, Affinity Design, and Mail Chimp<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute marketing strategies for the organization<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research on keywords, hashtags, themes, topics, and online media opportunities that may benefit the company incorporating them into the content to achieve maximum viewership<\/li>\n<li>Plan and direct marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate reports on website and campaigns, in order to optimize performance and make recommendations for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws<\/li>\n<li>Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the company\u2019s history and plans<\/li>\n<li>Identify customers\u2019 needs in relation to the company and write content to cater those needs<\/li>\n<li>Update the website, social media and content pages periodically<\/li>\n<li>Effectively use all marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in the Social Sciences or relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competence \/ Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Affinity Design, and Mail Chimp<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Photoshop, Corel draw and other design packages in creating content<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional Creativity and Innovation<\/li>\n<li>Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve the targets<\/li>\n<li>Ability to pay attention to detail along with a creative mind<\/li>\n<li>Developed team working skills to collaborate with various departments and work in alignment with them<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain consistency in their content writing<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand and cater to the needs of customers and discover the potential markets for the company<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and planning skills to ensure meeting deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Have an understanding of UI\/UX design<\/li>\n<li>Have an analytics mindset to analyse what type of customer are attracted to what content and then analysing a target market<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate the message in simple and beautiful language which will attract audience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business.<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written, editing and oral communications in English language<\/li>\n<li>Excellent graphic design skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Behavioural Qualities \/ Other Competences:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent attention to details<\/li>\n<li>High level of professionalism and work ethics<\/li>\n<li>Proactive identification and elimination of inefficiencies<\/li>\n<li>Goal, quality and excellence orientation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate objectives into everyday activities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to solve problems, continuously improve and adapt the ideas of others<\/li>\n<li>Passionate, enthusiastic and inquisitive with strong appetite for growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@domeoresources.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@domeoresources.org<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Digital Marketer &amp;
