We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Cargo Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General supervision of Porters when discharging their duties.<\/li>\n<li>Shipment assessment and raising of shipment assessment advice (light parcels, bulky shipments, household items and charters.)<\/li>\n<li>Booking of waybills via cargo simply software application<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and directly supervise loading of waybills into the truck\/bus<\/li>\n<li>Processing of dispatch waybills (such as receiving of all locally transshipped waybills, allotment of waybills via cargo simply software )<\/li>\n<li>Receiving and Delivering of all arrival waybills (such as receiving\/delivering of arrival waybills via cargo simply)<\/li>\n<li>Other forms of documentation and duties as may be assigned by a superior officer \/Cargo Head<\/li>\n<li>Receiving of goods into the warehouse and documenting them accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Issuing goods from the warehouse and documenting the issuances accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Seeing to the effective arrangement\/shelving\/stacking\/palletizing of goods in the inbound warehouse in an orderly and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the security of goods in the warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and directly supervise actual loading of waybills into the truck and bus (Dispatch operations)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all waybills loaded into the truck\/bus are updated real time on cargo simply<\/li>\n<li>Periodic inventory checks and high-lighting\/escalating old\/forgotten waybills to the Cargo Head for appropriate action.<\/li>\n<li>Any other function as may be assigned by the Cargo Head or his Supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BA \/ B.Sc \/ HND in relevant discipline with a minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN70,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:jobs@choicetalents.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jobs@choicetalents.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n30th September, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Choice Talents NG is Nigeria\u2019s preferred recruiter, trainer, business consultant, business and employee performance manager, for all category of businesses (small, medium, large, multi-nationals and corporations).
