We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Team Lead, Vehicle Operations<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Osogbo, Osun<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Category:<\/strong> Vehicle Operations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure proper use of GPS system to monitor champions and track vehicles or locate them in case of theft<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the use of technology put in place by MAX are used optimally to monitor champions driving patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Create strategies to reduce cost and increase the profits and also ensure increase in efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Create key performance index across all teams<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that proper report is made to the management on the maintenance of each vehicle<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws related to the repair of vehicles and equipment use and care<\/li>\n<li>Create and develop training modules for vehicles and equipment usage<\/li>\n<li>Ensure fleet availability to meet all request by preparing, overseeing and surveying current user trends<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the implementation and enforcement of transportation scheduling and policy changes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure operational efficiency in maintaining a regular schedule<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that there is compliancy to all current update and reviews of government rules and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the maintenance of all vehicles and ensure that the schedules are up to date<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the registration, licensing of each vehicle to ensure the maximization of profit<\/li>\n<li>Ensure procedure and processes that has been laid down are being strictly adhere to in selecting champions from the Academy<\/li>\n<li>Create a budget for the team and present to the management for proper analysis and approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat You\u2019ll Need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Logistics, Accounting or related field<\/li>\n<li>5+ years logistics or general transportation experience<\/li>\n<li>3+ years in operations leadership, strategic planning, product development, and management consulting in a fast-paced global organization<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of technology, product management, and change management<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of marketing, sales, finance and operations<\/li>\n<li>High levels of energy and drive, willingness to work hard<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Mobility \/ Fintech \/ Gig-economy \/ eCommerce<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding research and analytical abilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong Project and Program management skills<\/li>\n<li>Global leader and thinker with the ability to make quick strategic decisions<\/li>\n<li>Highly energetic, self-motivated &amp; proactive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><br \/>\nWant to Join Us?
