We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: IT System Administrator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.<\/li>\n<li>Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.<\/li>\n<li>Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades to IT infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate or Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.<\/li>\n<li>ERP Experience is a must.<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n22nd September, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
