We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties \/ Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase business opportunities through marketing, with a goal to source for target clients.<\/li>\n<li>Develop market and competitive assessments to identify and drive new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Assess the needs of clients and gather feedback to improve existing products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Manage existing and new Client&#8217;s relationship to achieve assigned targets and grow sales portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Set up meetings or calls with prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date on THL products and services, new pricing and payment plans.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently develop and execute monthly, quarterly, annual sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and evaluating sales performance while also providing recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Keep up to date on competitor landscape and gather market intelligence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Business or a similar area.<\/li>\n<li>About five (5) years of proven sales experience in business or a related area.<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 3 years of relevant experience required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in interiors or home essentials will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills \/ Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to plan, develop and execute business development strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify revenue opportunities and close deals.<\/li>\n<li>Management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence people.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate and willingness to learn about company products and services.\u00b7<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hello@teal-harmony.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hello@teal-harmony.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n20th October, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Teal Harmony is an interior design and renovation firm with a principal focus of providing cutting edge design solutions for private, business and commercial projects.
