We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrative Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Warri, Delta<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as first contact point at the Support Office for visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Receive and sort external mails\/Delivery\/Courier daily<\/li>\n<li>Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with individuals, and institutions on operational matters concerning the Office.<\/li>\n<li>Organizes meetings, and other special events as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence of safety procedures via the reception desk (monitor logbook)<\/li>\n<li>Keep updated records of offices expenses and costs.<\/li>\n<li>Create a budget for and procurement of front office supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Provide adequate support in ensuring the procurement and dispatch of uniforms is done efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Ensure service providers for janitorial service, logistics and security services work in line with contract terms.<\/li>\n<li>Update calendars and schedule meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone\/mail.<\/li>\n<li>Vendor management<\/li>\n<li>Logistics co-ordination for and from the Support Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Business Administration or related fields<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years admin experience.<\/li>\n<li>Good organization, time management and scheduling skills<\/li>\n<li>Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable\/receivable<\/li>\n<li>Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets<\/li>\n<li>Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with few errors<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal relationship and Organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Dependability and integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/3264543723\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PalmPay is an Africa-focused fintech firm, launched in 2019.
