We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Private Wealth Manager (Asset Management)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing periodic sales reports showing trends, and current state of managed portfolio of funds under management and sales projections.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional understanding of the full range of investment expertise in wealth management and related products, services and processes<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for developing and implementing product sales and growth strategy for the business development team.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of the issues and challenges faced by Ultra High Net Worth individuals and wealthy families<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional understanding of the full range of investment expertise in wealth management and related products, services and processes<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of the investment and financial markets<\/li>\n<li>The individual will be expected to drive incremental, profitable growth by leveraging existing relationships and building new ones, consistently demonstrating a clear understanding of client issues and deployment of innovative solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Generating new and creative ideas for new product development to broaden the range of investment management services available to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for strategic account acquisition and aggressive identification, prioritizing, and management of corporate relationships with strategic partners that have sufficient reach to provide business development results for the business.<\/li>\n<li>Promoting Cordros Asset Management\u2019s products and services offered to HNI &amp;UHNI market.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting comprehensive reviews to analyze financial data and provide recommendations for modifications based on client&#8217;s risk tolerance, goals, objectives and individual preferences<\/li>\n<li>Transferring market and specific client knowledge to Relationship Managers and other relevant internal stakeholders that would enhance client relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Applying advanced knowledge of financial products, services, and strategies to provide a holistic advice.<\/li>\n<li>Building trust and long-term relationships with clients\/customers<\/li>\n<li>Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data<\/li>\n<li>Supervising the activities of the business development team to meet their targets<\/li>\n<li>The position is a senior position and will be expected to establish and maintain strong relationships with Ultra High Net Worth individuals and wealthy families.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or any relevant discipline<\/li>\n<li>8 &#8211; 10 years OF experience in Investment\/Wealth Management or Financial Services, of which a minimum of 6 years must have been spent within the business development function.<\/li>\n<li>The preferred candidate must have a proven track record of leading a team.<\/li>\n<li>The preferred candidate must have a proven track record of managing HNI\u2019s and Institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial Planning Skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organization and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable business development experience with HNI &amp;UHNI<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and in a team<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language<\/li>\n<li>Exceptionally self-motivated and directed<\/li>\n<li>Keen attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Highly collaborative and thrives well in a fast-paced work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated with a desire to take advantage of new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.<\/li>\n<li>Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/boards.greenhouse.io\/cordros\/jobs\/5303754003\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cordros Capital Limited is a leading financial services group in African markets with a reputation for wealth creation.
