Our primary asset class is UK &amp; Nigerian real estate. Real estate is a long established asset class and it is considered to be one of the safest in the world. It has also been the preferred asset class of the wealthy for decades. We want to democratize this asset class by making it more assessable to everyone without the hassle of owning or managing the physical asset, but with all the associated benefits. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute strategies developed by the top management team.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage the operations team, and improve the processes and procedures of the team.<\/li>\n<li>Motivate team members and increase general operational efficiency and productivity<\/li>\n<li>Managing the customer support process across multiple channels such as Tawkto, telephone, emails, and social media.<\/li>\n<li>Consult with internal and external stakeholders for the new release process and post-go-live process.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing training presentations and providing training for all staff.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolving challenges along the way.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping records of customer interactions, the root cause of issues, and proposed solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate fraud &amp; dispute cases and communicate with external and internal stakeholders about the case details with suggestions and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Learning new products, testing and verifying the new features of the PariVest app, and preparing or enhancing standard operations procedures (SOP), FAQs, and user guides.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with senior managers to develop and manage budgets as well as to improve efficiency and product delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the recruitment process within the operations team and other HR-related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and presenting monthly and quarterly operations plans and other presentations specific to the general success of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising deliverables of planned activities and ensuring goals are achieved<\/li>\n<li>Representing the organization at events and functions for networking and brand-building purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Designing new processes to improve quality or increase productivity or profitability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or an Equivalent qualification.<\/li>\n<li>2-5 years of proven experience in an operations role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong operational planning and budget development capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build and manage a mix of young and experienced team members, excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the tech ecosystem<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@parivest.com\">recruitment@parivest.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0 using the Job Title as the subjct of the email.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b><br \/>\n25th September, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.<\/li>\n<li>Only Lagos residents should apply please, applicants outside Lagos will NOT be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PariVest is a multi-partnership company that aims to provide low to medium risk investment products and stable returns to investors.
