We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Product Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location<\/strong>: Remote but if in any of our cities, twice a week in the office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a\u00a0Technical Product Manager\u00a0that is passionate about delightfully built products that solve the daily problems of clients and users.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for helping to define and manage the products which will enable ImaliPay and our customers to shape the future of financial services. You&#8217;ll connect with our clients to understand their needs, develop product strategy, prioritize and roadmap key features, and work closely with the Engineering team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the execution of the roadmap for specific products within our product basket implementing innovative solutions for ImaliPay\u2019s customers across the African continent.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise, negotiate and partner with mobile network operators, banks and payment aggregators to get the most performance and cost effective payment integrations for each of ImaliPays local markets.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for product market fit and product market research<\/li>\n<li>Identify companies growth opportunities\u00a0 and manage products teams effort to maximize opportunity<\/li>\n<li>Define product vision, align stakeholders on product vision, and prioritize product features and capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Communicate &amp; coordinate diligently with technology stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and orchestrate feature releases in collaboration with Customers, Engineering and Business Development<\/li>\n<li>Drive companies product to reach next level of scale, impact and profitability<\/li>\n<li>Improve lifetime value and reduce churn within and outside the African market<\/li>\n<li>Study, analyze and report trends, opportunities for expansion and projection for future company growth.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review detailed product requirements, design features, write specs, refine feedback, help write test plans,\u00a0 manage backlog and launch products.<\/li>\n<li>Run experiments to improve and optimize product performance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure product release are launched correctly and on schedule<\/li>\n<li>Communicate product updates effectively to product teams and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Build an efficient product team whose culture is suited to the challenging and experimental nature of the work.<\/li>\n<li>Develop product pricing and positioning strategies<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review detailed product requirements<\/li>\n<li>Design wireframes for product features<\/li>\n<li>Run experiments to improve and optimize product performance<\/li>\n<li>Develop, manage and optimize products across their entire lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth<\/li>\n<li>Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources<\/li>\n<li>Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding<\/li>\n<li>Measure and report success on implementation<\/li>\n<li>Coach and mentor staff in the product team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Computer Science and\/or\u00a0 related equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven track history managing a successful product across all aspects of its lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a get-it-done attitude<\/li>\n<li>Ability to conduct user research, user interviews, usability testing sessions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make data-informed product iterations<\/li>\n<li>Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development or web technologies preferred<\/li>\n<li>4 years of product management experience with demonstrated ability to drive product decisions, work with cross-disciplinary teams and deliver on outstanding products from scratch<\/li>\n<li>Experience in designing and implementing , and\/or integrating third party softwares<\/li>\n<li>Experience with payments or financial services preferred<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized, self-motivated worker with the ability to effectively multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@imalipay.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@imalipay.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n30th September, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0ImaliPay is an equal opportunity\/affirmative action employer.
