We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Manager, Outsourcing<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are looking for suitable candidates who will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine strategies to move the business forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule periodic client engagement meetings to report activities and get feedback from clients on value added<\/li>\n<li>Lead kickoff meetings and activities; ensure clients have an understanding of the project scope, timing, deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and oversee marketing activities- client meetings, and sales pitch.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the increase of new business opportunities and the maintenance and growth of existing opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain effective and professional relationships in and out of the HR community<\/li>\n<li>Define and support the execution of Outsourcing business strategy to meet set targets and strengthen the revenue pipeline for business growth.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee projects to ensure that milestones are met, and deliverables are of high quality<\/li>\n<li>Research on trends and growth in the outsourcing business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ HND qualification<\/li>\n<li>8 to 10 years relevant experience in outsourcing or financial industry<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of outsourcing business processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible, versatile and\/or tolerant in a changing work environment while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Understand ethical behavior and business practices.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organisational effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to assess options and actions based on trends and conditions in the environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment.ph@michaelstevens-consulting.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment.ph@michaelstevens-consulting.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n13th October, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Michael Stevens Consulting is an International Human Resource Development and Development and Management Consulting firm with offices in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja, Calabar and Accra Ghana.
