We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Business Development<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grow the existing risk asset portfolio in line with the Bank&#8217;s strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Revenue generation and mobilization.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to recruit, lead and drive your own sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, develop and cultivate relationships with customers within the retail and MSME segment that are in need of loans and advances to support their business.<\/li>\n<li>Manage existing customers&#8217; portfolio as well as develop new business opportunities by generating risk assets within the MSME and retail market.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage the Fedeth&#8217;s existing relationship by developing and executing proactive, creative and on-going contact initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales pitches, presentations and other documents required for Fedeth customer&#8217;s engagements.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development, launching and sales of new product offering.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure synergy and collaboration in inter-house activities and communication in order to facilitate effective and smooth running of the Bank\u2019s operations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage MSME and retail banking portfolio within the region to minimise business risks and maximise profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationship with key customers within the Bank and ensure that such customers are well served by officers within the Bank.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the smooth running of operations in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:<\/strong><br \/>\nN200,000 &#8211; N300,000\/month<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:fedethrecruitment@fedethmfb.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fedethrecruitment@fedethmfb.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n30th September, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fedeth Microfinance Bank Limited was incorporated in 2007 and licensed in 2008 by the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2008.
