\n\u2022 Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
\n\u2022 Prepare classroom for class activities
\n\u2022 Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities
\n\u2022 Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students’ varying needs
\n\u2022 Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment
\n\u2022 Use relevant technology to support instruction
\n\u2022 Observe and evaluate student’s performance and development
\n\u2022 Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments
\n\u2022 Provide appropriate feedback on work
\n\u2022 Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students
\n\u2022 Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development
\n\u2022 Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by laws, district policies and school regulations
\n\u2022 Prepare required reports on students and activities
\n\u2022 Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures
\n\u2022 Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school
\n\u2022 Apply appropriate disciplinary measures where necessary
\n\u2022 Perform certain pastoral duties including but not limited to student support, counseling students with academic problems and providing student encouragement
\n\u2022 Participate in extracurricular activities such as social activities, sporting activities, clubs and student organizations
\n\u2022 Participate in department and school meetings, parent meetings
\n\u2022 Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues and parents regarding student Progress and student needs
\n\u2022 Keep up to date with developments in subject area, teaching resources and methods and make relevant changes to instructional plans and activities<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 4-5yeasr teaching experience in a reputable school
\n\u2022 IGCSE teaching experience
\n\u2022 Hard work, dedication to duty, use of initiative and ability to go to extra mile
\n\u2022 Relevant teaching experience
\n\u2022 Knowledge of relevant technology<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Self motivation
