We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Support Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Operations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the customer support team.<\/li>\n<li>Produce timely reports of activities.<\/li>\n<li>Escalate any downtime or service failure promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Coach and train the agents on customer and interaction handling skills.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the customer support teams, to ensure the services are up and running.<\/li>\n<li>Through focused analysis and monitoring, provide insights to management on customer behavior and feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure CSAT and NPS ratings are improved.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the customers&#8217; feedback and provide valuable feedback and recommendations that will aid the business.<\/li>\n<li>Be up to date with service delivery innovations and trends that will ensure CXD cost management and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and supervise the members of the department to maintain a positive work environment and a motivated team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University Degree.
