We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Superintendent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Onne, Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Reference<\/strong>: 2022-526<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Onshore<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe objective of this role will be to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure technical management of the OSV fleet on behalf of the ship managers.<\/li>\n<li>To contribute to technical standards improvement<\/li>\n<li>To ensure proper delivery and integration of new built vessels in the fleet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achievement of routine maintenance aiming to optimize technical vessel availability rate.<\/li>\n<li>Validate purchasing requisition and orders related to parts services and supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring vessel technical survey is carried out annually<\/li>\n<li>Monitor \u00a0and ensure effective use of computerized maintenance management system.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for technical reporting on out of order, ensuring documented feedback (UPMP\/PMP reports) on maintenance activities to technical and operational managers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory standards considering technical instructions from Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for performing cost effective, safe, efficient and high quality repairs according to class requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for scheduling and negotiating local repair contracts for UPMP.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to manage OPEX\/CAPEX budget for assigned vessels.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for managing CE\u2019s and ensuring their Annual appraisal and competency development.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for taking in charge new vessels and ensuring a proper handover<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for proper handover during vessel transfer between ship-managers<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and ensure accurate update of tesk assistant and of other CMMS as applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency and \/ or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering or a similar qualification<\/li>\n<li>Must have worked onboard as a Chief Engineer on OSV for a minimum of 5 years<\/li>\n<li>Previous Experience as a Technical Superintendent in the offshore industry will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum level of experience required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6-10 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Languages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>English (5 &#8211; Native).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bourbon-career.talent-soft.com\/job\/job-technical-superintendent-onne-m-f_526.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bourbon Interoil Nigeria Limited, as leading international player in marine services, offers to the most demanding oil &amp; gas clients worldwide a full line of innovative, safe, high performance and&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[70],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Bourbon Interoil Nigeria Limited Recent Job Recruitment - Apply Now!
