We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Product Designer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract<br \/>\n<strong>Duration:<\/strong> 1 &#8211; 2 months<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently putting together the foundational team and are looking to bring on a digital product designer to work on the development of our MVP in a fixed-term\/freelance role. This is an opportunity to be a part of something impactful and unique.<\/li>\n<li>The role will initially be a freelance role for a month with the opportunity to join the team full-time afterwards.<\/li>\n<li>The core end-goal of this role is to design the functional User Interface for Braudit\u2019s platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defining Product Specifications.<\/li>\n<li>User Research, Analysis and User Profiling.<\/li>\n<li>Design of wireframes for product development.<\/li>\n<li>Design of Product Prototypes and Functionality test.<\/li>\n<li>Product Analysis to determine product-market fit.<\/li>\n<li>Creation of original brand assets for the product.<\/li>\n<li>Identification of opportunities for the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Ideal Candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for someone with significant experience in UI\/UX design and a strong portfolio of live products.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and will be skilled in quantitative &amp; qualitative user research.<\/li>\n<li>Passion &amp; Commitment to our vision is also a very important determinant for who we choose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate should:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ MSc in Graphic \/ Product Design or any other relevant field (not essential).<\/li>\n<li>Have at least 2 years\u2019 work experience as a digital product designer or User Interface designer in or with a notable company (essential).<\/li>\n<li>Have experience working with a start-up.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in designing lo-fi &amp; hi-fi wireframes with Figma, Adobe XD etc.<\/li>\n<li>Have experience with user research and hands on experience using research tools e.g., Survey Monkey, SPSS etc. and techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under-pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Have strong time-management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Be adaptable.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of brand concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of product marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Be a risk taker.<\/li>\n<li>Creative in the use of colours, shapes and techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><br \/>\nN180,000 &#8211; N260,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV, a link to their LinkedIn profile and a link to their portfolio or a PDF version of their portfolio to to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hello@braudit.co\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hello@braudit.co<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019ll reach out if you are a good fit.<\/li>\n<li>Start is immediate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Braudit exists for ambitious companies looking to direct their marketing activities towards the now generation of consumers and employees otherwise known as Millennials and Zoomers.
