We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Quality Assurance \/ Quality Control (QA \/ QC) Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Roles \/ Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for all Compliance matters of all construction or maintenance projects and the organization as a whole.<\/li>\n<li>This role also manages the company\u2019s Quality Management System.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position Overview \/ Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that compliance procedures, systems, and controls are up-to-date and effective.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the compliance manual, and all compliance procedure documentation<\/li>\n<li>Develop and periodically review and update Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in guiding management and employees.<\/li>\n<li>Develops and implements a quality assurance program\/plan for projects based on ISO 9001-2015.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor project QA\/QC budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Assure timely and effective implementation of a project quality control program.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project material usage along with design requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Manages and oversees project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment-specific specifications, and QMS requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and developing QA\/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education\/training needs;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Registered with a recognized professional association<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years\u2019 experience in understanding and performing monitoring and compliance management in an organization.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, and working experience with Auto-cad and Primavera.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project planning, execution (construction realities), management, and communication with all engineering groups.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop and manage non-conformance, deficiencies, and reporting programs, including root cause analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing and monitoring project budgets and timelines.<\/li>\n<li>A professional approach, which generates credibility and confidence in others.<\/li>\n<li>Confident and assertive with a self-motivated approach and flexible attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>A personal commitment to continuous self-development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV attached with a Passport photograph, Degree Certificate, NYSC Certificate and any other professional \/ relevant certificates in one (1) email to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@gotehglobal.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@gotehglobal.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n5th October, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Candidates who do not comply with the above directives would be disqualified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Goteh Construction provides a broad spectrum of solution and expertise to the Africa infrastructure sector.
