We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Medical Sales Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting Structure:<\/strong> Will report to the City leads, and Country CEO where necessary<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting LifeBank Nigeria and its products to hospitals.<\/li>\n<li>She\/he will build market positions for LifeBank Nigeria by identifying, developing and negotiating business relationships that translate into sales.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he will work to retain and grow the client base of the company, foster client relationships and develop new opportunities for LifeBank Nigeria\u2019s products and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with the marketing and sales lead to prepare and deliver suitable sales pitches, proposals and presentations to prospective LifeBank customers<\/li>\n<li>Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule in assigned territory<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and follow up on territorial sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Proper Coverage as per the planned Frequency per customer segment.<\/li>\n<li>Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Provide daily call reports as well as weekly and monthly report of sales efforts in marked sales territory<\/li>\n<li>Regularly follow up with active and signed hospitals to ensure they are using the app and placing orders<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, fulfillment and customer support<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about the activities of health services in assigned particular area.<\/li>\n<li>Expert level knowledge of department processes and product to serve as the first line of support in resolving internal and external customer issues.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good organizational skills and results driven<\/li>\n<li>Highly Self motivated<\/li>\n<li>Highly analytical with a drive for numbers<\/li>\n<li>High level of professionalism<\/li>\n<li>Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management skills and openness to feedback<\/li>\n<li>Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency in MS Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Good initiative, time and stress management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a deep desire to work in the startup industry<\/li>\n<li>Sociable and friendly<\/li>\n<li>Confident and pleasant<\/li>\n<li>Loves a challenge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily field visits to Clients sites<\/li>\n<li>Will be required to write proposals and reports<\/li>\n<li>Will be required to work overtime, on weekends and travel if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Educational Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Biological or Medical Sciences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 years experience in direct sales in the Pharma and healthcare industry<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the medical or Pharma industry is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><br \/>\nAccompanied by the fact that we provide services that help save lives, we also ensure that our employees are well taken care of.
