We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: National Retail Sales Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate, support and monitor the retail sales team across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Actively explore business opportunities to increase sales volume.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate promotional sales such as Road shows etc.<\/li>\n<li>In charge of retail sales activities across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Execute and drive the retail strategy<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential markets, sales channels, competition and propose effective sales strategy plan for account expansion &amp; development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets &amp; KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Establish network and build good rapport with new clients.<\/li>\n<li>Conceptualize strategic business plan that expands company\u2019s customer base.<\/li>\n<li>Present relevant sales &amp; operations reports and forecasts to the management team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should be goal oriented with vast experience in marketing and selling to modern retail markets.<\/li>\n<li>First Degree in Sales Management, Business Management or a related field<\/li>\n<li>5 &#8211; 7 years\u2019 relevant work experience managing a team within the retail and FMCG industry.<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of Retail and FMCG Industry.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent track records in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets &amp; KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal relationship and communication.<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen sense and industry expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Must be self -motivated<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.<\/li>\n<li>A good team player with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently and take initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Must be ready for extensive travel and ready to resume within a short time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@armorsilwa.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@armorsilwa.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st October, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Armorsil West Africa is a subsidiary of Armorsil USA, a multinational manufacturer of specialty construction chemicals.
