We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Art Director<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Art Director is responsible for the creation and development of Advertising ideas, with a focus on their visual appearance in different formats from posters and print advertisements, to TV commercials, cinema, radio, and social media.<\/li>\n<li>The Art Manager combines artistic sensibilities and understanding with the knowledge of design and production processes to create work that engages those it is aimed at.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing original advertising and communications ideas to engage the target audience and address the client\u2019s business problem.<\/li>\n<li>Producing sketches, visual references, and storyboards to convey the concept to the agency team, and then on to clients, designers, and producers.<\/li>\n<li>Staying up-to-date with available talents for commissioning among photographers, illustrators, typographers, and film directors through regularly reviewing their books and showreels.<\/li>\n<li>Selecting photographers, illustrators, TV Production companies and Directors, animators and models, and cast involved in the\u00a0creative production.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the production of creative outputs e.g. print advertisements, TV commercials, mailings, social media content,\u00a0etc.<\/li>\n<li>Visits and assess locations for potential shoots<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements \/ Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design, or similar discipline<\/li>\n<li>3+ years as a professional graphic designer plus 3+ years of experience in a management role<\/li>\n<li>Imaginative and able to generate a range of ideas whilst applying their creative thinking to solve business problems.<\/li>\n<li>Able to distinguish between a central, core idea and the execution possibilities it gives rise to.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator who can \u2018sell\u2019 ideas in an inspirational way.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a Team player who can operate effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable for historical changes in design, with an eye for the best in contemporary art and design.<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of the latest production techniques, tools, and materials.<\/li>\n<li>Aware of the basics of legal and regulatory background in the industry.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Design Software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, etc<\/li>\n<li>Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent<\/li>\n<li>Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN200,000 &#8211; N300,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:erecruiter.hrleverageafrica@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">erecruiter.hrleverageafrica@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n16th October, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HRLeverage Africa is the human resource consulting &amp; Workforce Management company you have been looking for.
