Paradigm Finance Ltd is a subsidiary of Paradigm Adjustment Company Ltd, a reputable management consulting firm that serves leading businesses and government agencies in Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Internal Auditor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time (Hybrid Work Model)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop internal audit scope and audit plans<\/li>\n<li>Acquire, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document processes<\/li>\n<li>Identify loopholes and share risk aversion methods and cost savings<\/li>\n<li>Maintain open communication with management and audit committee<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Audit and Executive Summary reports<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the overall efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls and risk areas in compliance with applicable process standards<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate high standards of conduct and ethics as well as the ability to use appropriate judgment and discretion<\/li>\n<li>Assist with implementing audit tools to improve audit efficiencies<\/li>\n<li>Create, revise, and document Internal Audit policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and conduct special audits, investigations, and\/or ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision and direction<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus<\/li>\n<li>5 years of experience as an auditor.<\/li>\n<li>Certified Internal Auditor, preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analysis and data reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>High-level interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Advanced computer skills in MS Office and databases<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><br \/>\nNegotiable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@paradigmfinance.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@paradigmfinance.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>18th October, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paradigm Finance Ltd (PFL) is a privately owned limited liability company incorporated in Nigeria with RC No. 1337036 and licensed by the Central BANK OF Nigeria in 2016 to provide&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[43],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Paradigm Finance Ltd (PFL) Available Job Opportunity - Apply Now!
