We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria (On-site)<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are you a skilled account receivables analyst who can process, track and record payments in an accurate, efficient and timely manner?<\/li>\n<li>For this role, we will require you to review account information, correct discrepancies and ensure that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected.<\/li>\n<li>You will have both a day to day and on-going impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time and in good terms with our valued partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform verifying, classifying, computing, posting, recording and updating of customers account receivable data\/information<\/li>\n<li>Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with clients and customers to request and arrange payments<\/li>\n<li>Respond to and resolve clients\u2019 billing issues and questions<\/li>\n<li>Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and manage bills, invoices and bank deposits<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger<\/li>\n<li>communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally<\/li>\n<li>assist with month-end closing<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure ageing is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts<\/li>\n<li>Develop a recovery system, and initiate collection efforts,<\/li>\n<li>Prepare analytical and ratio analysis about A\/R for management to gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing<\/li>\n<li>Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting<\/li>\n<li>Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process by identifying areas of performance improvement<\/li>\n<li>Communicate discrepancies to the management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates<\/li>\n<li>Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and comply with federal, state, and local financial requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat You\u2019ll Bring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 3 years prior experience as an accounts receivable officer<\/li>\n<li>Experience with accounting software and online platform<\/li>\n<li>Appreciable knowledge of Power BI<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Superb time management and detailed<\/li>\n<li>Ability to keep company and partner confidences<\/li>\n<li>Good time management and communication skill.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and analytic skills.<\/li>\n<li>ICAN certification is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements<\/li>\n<li>Must be tech-savvy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Life at ADT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Join a diverse, passionate &amp; driven team of all backgrounds<\/li>\n<li>Casual work environment<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive health benefits to fit your needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN150,000 &#8211; N250,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/3291184245\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kwik Delivery &#8211; We are a new start-up platform company in the logistics market in Nigeria committed to offering reliable and secure parcel shipping services within large metropolitan areas.
