We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Tittle: Production Supervisor (Plastic)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ikorodu, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Directly Reports to:<\/strong> Production Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Industries \/ Sector:<\/strong> Plastic Recycling Company<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and scheduling production activities and supervising the production process.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the effective management of production line.<\/li>\n<li>Making sure the good are produced on time.<\/li>\n<li>Estimating production costs and determining the high quality standard.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring maintenance of cost effective and high quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the production practices and setting the schedules as required.<\/li>\n<li>Working out the materials and human resources as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Taking decision regarding the operating unit\u2019s layout, size and range of production to deliver and arrangement of work processes.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping abreast of health and safety strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with different departments such as maintenance managers to prevent ant probable delay in production<\/li>\n<li>Supervising product standards and enforcing quality control programs<\/li>\n<li>Work with shift supervisor and direct the work of all employees in the maintenance unit<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing the performance of all staff within your department and identifying training necessities for them<\/li>\n<li>Carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the General Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Electronic, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Should have minimum of 3 -5 year experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience for the position<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good time management and planning skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Good organizational and administrative skill:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to resolve problems and work well in tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to pay attention to minute detail and quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidats should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n7th October, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
