We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Site Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He will be responsible for managing communications between all parties involved in the on-site development of the project<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.<\/li>\n<li>To organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.<\/li>\n<li>Involved in the role is the managing of quality control, health and safety checks and the inspection of work carried out<\/li>\n<li>Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met<\/li>\n<li>Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned by Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ BA in Engineering, Building Science or any relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Proven 10 years of experience as Site manager<\/li>\n<li>Must be a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with construction software<\/li>\n<li>Must be Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) certified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><br \/>\nN400,000 Monthly (Negotiable).<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:lorachevacancy@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lorachevacancy@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lorache Consulting Limited operates as a Business Process and Strategy, Human Capital Development and Marketing Management Consultancy firm.
