We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Guest Service Attendant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent people skills for the position of a guest service representative. Guest service representatives are responsible for providing front desk services to guests, undertaking various administrative duties, and diffusing conflict or tension in hotels, among other duties.<\/li>\n<li>The best guest service representatives will have tremendous patience when dealing with guests and accommodate their every need with enthusiasm and poise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check in customers using computer programs and equipment and provide guests with directions to their room<\/li>\n<li>Inform customers of all on-site amenities and any relevant information that is needed to use them<\/li>\n<li>Handle and resolve guest complaints<\/li>\n<li>Invoice and bill guests for their stay and services used<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with guests to better understand their individual needs to provide them with the best service possible<\/li>\n<li>Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.<\/li>\n<li>Administering check-ins and check-outs.<\/li>\n<li>Providing front desk services to guests.<\/li>\n<li>Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.<\/li>\n<li>Delivering mail and messages.<\/li>\n<li>Processing guest payments.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with bell service and staff management.<\/li>\n<li>Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice.<\/li>\n<li>Processing meal and beverage requests.<\/li>\n<li>Accommodating general and unique requests.<\/li>\n<li>Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma \/ B.Sc in any related field<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry.<\/li>\n<li>Certificate or diploma in hospitality is advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication.<\/li>\n<li>Good time management and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Conflict resolution experience.<\/li>\n<li>Patience and good listening skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN40,000 &#8211; N50,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@skyrockhotels.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@skyrockhotels.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using &#8220;Guest Service Attendant&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st October, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sky Rock Hotels is one of the most preferred hotels in Nigeria and are committed to exceeding guests&#8217; expectations.
