We require the service of young, energetic, and experienced Nigerian professional to fill the vacant position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Management Trainee (Brand Management)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define product strategy and roadmap<\/li>\n<li>Deliver Market Research Development (MRDs) and Product Research Development(PRDs) with priontized features and corresponding justification.<\/li>\n<li>Work with external third parties to assess partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>Be an expert with respect to the competition<\/li>\n<li>Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product<\/li>\n<li>Perform product demos to customers<\/li>\n<li>Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a monthly revenue forecast<\/li>\n<li>Develop sales tools and collateral<\/li>\n<li>Propose an overall budget to ensure success<\/li>\n<li>Brief and train the sales force at weekly sales meetings<\/li>\n<li>Brief media and advertising agency on product needs.<\/li>\n<li>Gather data, analyze and advice the company appropriately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Young and energetic (not more than 35 years of age)<\/li>\n<li>A post graduate degree (i.e. MBA and the likes) and appropriate professional certificaion is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills and confident, outgoing, sociable character<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Communication and ability to sound convincing in presentations is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Valid driving licence.<\/li>\n<li>Fully conversant with Outlook, Words, Excel, and Power Point<\/li>\n<li>Flexible approach to working hours to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing to work long hours with minimum supervision<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years of industry experience may be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary and Benefits:<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Competitive Salary, Pension, Healthcare, and excellent scope for career progression<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nApplication Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n16th August, 2012<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send electronicaIl their application and curriculum vitae (in MS Word format) and brief profile (in Excel format &#8211; see sample below) stating the position they are applying for as the subject of the email to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Tatahr.ng@gmail.com\"><strong>Tatahr.ng@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Name | Age | Institution Attended | Course of Study | First Degree Qualification | Grade | Postgraduate Qualification | Prof Membership | Name of Current Employer | Current Position | Years of Exp. | GSM |<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please Note:<\/strong>\u00a0ONLY candidates who provide a brief profile in Excel format as shown above and curriculum vitae will be shortlisted<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tata Africa Services (Nigeria) Limited\u00a0is part of an international automobile group engaged in the distribution of TATA vehicles in Nigeria.
