Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited &#8211;\u00a0Our client, a reputable firm in the Quick Service Restaurant sector, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Internal Control Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role will perform advanced level assessment of Internal Controls, advise on the adequacy of controls designed and drive the development of systems\/work processes aimed at controls improvement and statutory compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting to the Board, you will be responsible for managing the Internal Controls and Enterprise Risk Management for the company.<\/li>\n<li>You will conduct ongoing reviews of organization controls, operating procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing, reviewing, and implementing compliance policies, programs, and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Using problem solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify internal control deficiencies, evaluate their risk implications, and draw the appropriate conclusions.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and executing internal audit activities, consult with management on strategic plans and other business matters, and anticipate emerging risks.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in decision making with senior engagement management, provide meaningful insights, and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Documenting and testing business process and IT controls that support key financial operations<\/li>\n<li>Execute and document testing to confirm operating effectiveness of the group&#8217;s internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the External Auditors for annual audit program<\/li>\n<li>Maintain all internal control documentation in line with company\u2019s requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Support preparation of comprehensive business reviews and updates to various audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Execute special projects to support the integration of acquired brands and expansion plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with a minimum of five (5) years\u2019 experience in Internal Control\/Audit<\/li>\n<li>Prior managerial experience in similar role or capacity<\/li>\n<li>FMCG, QSR and\/or retail industry knowledge and experience is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies, project management, and change management strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and experienced in transition situations where there is rapid change<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including written and verbal communication<\/li>\n<li>Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:Jobs@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jobs@willerssolutions.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n12th October, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited &#8211;\u00a0Our client, a reputable firm in the Quick Service Restaurant sector, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below: &nbsp;
